Age Limits & Handicap Accessibility
There are no restrictions on the age of passengers and we carry personal flotation devices for all ages. Unfortunately, at this time our boats are not designed to be wheelchair accessible. If you have specific needs please advise at the time of your reservation.
Restrictions
You may not bring: pets, firearms, illegal drugs, anything that can be lit such as candles or fireworks of any kind, flammable liquids/gels/aerosol paint and/or dangerous chemicals. There is absolutely no smoking, of any kind (including E-cigs or vaping devices) permitted onboard.
Cancellations
The Captain or Skipper of the boat may deem the weather to be unsafe at the time of departure, in such events a full refund will be given. Please note, your reservation will not be canceled and refunded for weather unless you have been contacted by Devils Lake Boat Tours LLC. All other cancellations are required 24 hours in advance for a 50% refund.
